Parent Volunteers

All parents who have been requested to volunteer on campus, must fill out a volunteer application and return to Annette Vizcarra, Secretary, in the office. The application needs to be accompanied by a current TB test and a copy of your government ID.  If you are a parent returning to volunteer at Buchser, you just need to have a current volunteer application on file.   Volunteer Packet - 2016-2017.pdf

Buchser's All-School Walk-a-Thon - Thursday, 9/21

Buchser's all-school Walk-a-Thon is scheduled for this Thursday, September 21st during the school day.  Information was handed out to students during their 6th grade classes.  If your student did not receive the Pledge Form and Envelope, their 6th period teachers will have an extra supply.  The form is attached here for your convenience.  Student Pledge Forms 2017.pdf


Donations may be turned in to 6th period teachers at any time through Friday, September 29th.


Thanks to our PTA, Santa Clara's Water Truck "Tap Water Express" http://santaclaraca.gov/government/departments/water-sewer-utilities/tap-water-express will be on site providing water and a reusable water bottle for each student.  


Following is the schedule for the day showing when each grade will participate in the Walk-a-Thon; please note that the lunch times are different from regular days.  If you have any questions, please call (408) 423-3000.

PTA Reflections

PTA Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home. Students of all grades and abilities may participate and explore the arts based on the 2017-2018 theme: Within Reach

Lost and Found

We have a lost and found cart in front of the office.  Any items left in the lost and found at the end of each month, will be donated to a local charity.  Weekly announcements are made to students to check for any belongings.  



Due to the high volume of items being dropped off in the school office for students, lunches, clothes, binders, books, etc, PLEASE have the student name on the item(s) and please inform your student to pick the item(s) from the office.
