Hi to all the Music Parents,
The Disney trip is upon us and we want to let you all about it.
We will be meeting at the school cafeteria at 6:30pm on Tuesday 11/12/2013.
· The process leading up to the trip.
· The fundraising/donation gathering process. How much we need to raise?
· What you will need to do. The type of participation that will be required for us to go.
· All questions that you bring about the trip.
For those parents that have gone before and are familiar with the process, fundraising and participation, we need you there to help fill in the blanks that are not mentioned to help the families that have not been to this event before.
If for any reason you cannot attend, but have questions please send them in before the event for the benefit of all families.
For those who miss this meeting there are new rules, requirements, and deadlines that could be essential if your child is going to participate in this amazing event. Please, send someone you trust if you can't make it.
