Important Disney Information
Hello Music Families,
As you know, the Music Department has been planning our annual Disneyland Trip for May 11 - 14 2013.
We have just received news that the Choir/Orchestra have been accepted by Disney!
The Good News - This means that all of our perfoming groups have been accepted.
The Bad News - This means we need to collect enough funds through donations to cover all eligible students
Have you made a donation on behalf of your child yet?? Have you asked your family/friends to donate?? Does your company make matching donations?
If you have, THANK YOU for your generosity!!
If you have not, please don't wait!! We will need to make our final decision by April 5th as to whether we will have sufficient funds to succeed.
If you plan to, but need an extra day or two, please email your pledge to email@example.com and indicate when you can make your actual donation.
Donations by check payable to BMA can be put in the Red Lock Box in the Music Room. Please put your name, phone, email and student's name with the words "Disney Donation" on the envelope. Volunteers are collecting these daily.
Donations by Credit Card can be made through the BMA PayPal site. You can access it from BuchserMusic.org by clicking on the Disney link in the Donations box at the lower left of the Home Page or by clicking the link below:
We understand that not every family can afford the full $550 donation, but if we do not raise enough for all eligible students to participate then the trip will be canceled. We appreciate any amount you can give and don't forget to ask your friends and family. All donations are tax-deductible!!
